What is LaseMD Ultra?
The LaseMD Ultra is a non-ablative fractional thulium laser. Tiny microchannels are created in the skin, which stimulate collagen and elastin production, and high doses of cosmeceuticals (ampoules) are introduced deep into the skin. The ampoules used for this purpose have been specially developed for this laser treatment and are free of any fragrances or preservatives.
The active ingredients
The ampoules are individually tailored to the treatment objective. The following Active substances are available to us for this purpose:
- VC ampoule (vitamin C): Vitamin C is an antioxidant and stimulates the formation of new collagen. In particular Vitamin C for severely photo-aged skin.
- VA ampoule (vitamin A/retinol): Vitamin A (retinoic acid, retinol) is the gold standard among anti-ageing products. Active ingredients. It is able to stimulate cell renewal.
- TA ampoule (tranexamic acid): Tranexam has a skin-lightening effect and is used for the treatment of hyperpigmentation and age spots.
- RS Ampoule (Resveratrol): Resveratrol in top quality (95% purity) is a naturally occurring polyphenol and protects the skin from free radicals.
