Bring out your natural beauty with collagen for healthy skin

Collagen is one of the most important proteins in our body and plays a crucial role in the health of our skin, hair, nails and joints. However, as we age, our bodies produce less collagen, which can lead to visible signs of aging and other health issues. Innovative products can help stimulate our body’s natural production of collagen, thereby promoting health and beauty from the inside out. Whether in the form of dietary supplements, creams, or treatments—the options are diverse and promise impressive results.

For many years, the DERMIS Skin Clinic has been your trusted partner for dermatological treatments and skin care. With our team of experienced dermatologists and skincare experts, we’ll help you get your skin ready for the warmer months and make you and your skin glow

Take advantage of our August promotions:

Karisma® stimulates collagen production through the injection of human collagen produced by silkworms, while gently restoring skin volume. Karisma promotes the body’s regenerative capacity as well as the formation of collagen and elastin fibers, which are crucial for the skin’s elasticity and quality. At the same time, it offers all the moisturizing and plumping properties of high-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid. Let our dermatologists advise you. DERMIS Skin Clinics offer Karisma® treatments at all four locations. Price per treatment starting at CHF 400.

Thread lifting (Silhouette® and Aptos®)

A thread lift is a minimally invasive procedure for skin tightening that does not require surgery. A thread lift, also known as a thread lift, can be performed on the face, neck, or body. To do this, threads equipped with small hooks are inserted under the skin (DERMIS) through a fine cannula. The hooks then grip the skin from below and pull it upward to restore it to a firmer position.
The absorbable sutures form an internal network within the skin, which triggers an inflammatory response that attracts platelets and neutrophils and stimulates fibroblasts. This mechanism promotes the growth of blood vessels and the production of collagen and elastin. Meanwhile, the skin’s defense mechanism recognizes the insertion of the threads as an injury and triggers the healing process, leading to physical collagen production, which in turn smooths out superficial wrinkles and tightens the skin. Collagen stimulation therefore enhances the results of a thread lift. The main advantages of a thread lift are, first, the impressive and immediate results in smoothing out wrinkles, and second, the painless and minimally invasive procedure, which requires no incisions and thus allows patients to return to their daily routines right away. The cost of a thread lift depends on the individual scope of services.

Together against skin cancer

We’re happy to help—schedule a skin checkup at one of our locations. Switzerland is the country with the highest number of new cases of skin cancer in Europe. Every year, an estimated 20,000 to 25,000 people are diagnosed with white skin cancer and around 3,200 with melanoma (black skin cancer). Melanoma is the fifth most common type of cancer, killing around 300 people every year. Around a fifth of people who develop melanoma are younger than 50 at the time of diagnosis.
