The quality of life of my patients is particularly close to my heart. The impact of diseases of the skin, hair and nails is often underestimated. With the exception of skin cancer, these are almost never life-threatening, but often severely affect quality of life and self-esteem. It is important to me to practice evidence-based medicine. This means that I treat according to the latest scientific findings and apply them together with you in an individualized way.

Dermatology is undoubtedly (for me) the most exciting field in medicine. The spectrum from the most severe, life-threatening diseases to purely aesthetic or love style medicine is as large as the underlying biological processes. Because of the easy accessibility with the naked eye and small surgical interventions, curiosity can be pursued and research useful for patient care can be conducted. In the process, patients can often be helped quickly and sustainably in a relatively simple way.
