VelaShape II

Cellulite affects almost 80% of women, regardless of factors that can be influenced such as sport, a healthy diet and body weight.
The so-called “orange peel skin” is caused by a weakness in the connective tissue, which causes the fat pads normally located in the subcutaneous tissue to push upwards through the connective tissue and thus become visible.
With Velashape, there is now finally a way to combat these unsightly dimples effectively and without side effects.

VelaShape II

VelaShape can be used mainly for cellulite treatment (currently one of the few devices approved by the FDA and tested as effective for this indication). Other effects are also achieved: By stimulating the metabolism and blood circulation, the skin is tightened and the body circumference reduced (body shaping).

How does Velashape work?

Using the patented light energy method in combination with a vacuum massage, energy in the form of heat is injected into the fatty tissue, which causes the enlarged, bulging fat cells to shrink permanently and thus significantly reduces the formation of dimples. At the same time, the increase in blood circulation and lymph flow leads to regeneration and new formation of connective tissue, which in turn prevents the formation of new dents. By shrinking the fat cells, the circumference of the treated area can be significantly reduced.

When are the results visible and how many treatments are necessary?

Immediately after the first treatment, you may already notice a slight smoothing and tightening of the treated area. To achieve a lasting result in terms of cellulite and a measurable reduction in circumference, four to six treatments are required at one-week intervals, depending on the initial result. Treatments at six-monthly intervals are recommended for maintenance therapy. On average, a circumference reduction of approx. 2.5 cm can be achieved, which corresponds approximately to a trouser size.

Are the results permanent?

In order to achieve a cosmetically long-lasting result, the intervals should be gradually extended after the initial weekly intensive treatment. Maintenance meetings should then take place approximately every six months. Here too, the combination of a balanced diet and regular exercise will help you maintain your newly shaped curves.
